Dr Nugent saw me after an ER visit and after I complained about fatigue she tested me for [ ]. At the time I had not even been told at the ER that I had Pneumonia. After 1.5 yrs I saw her on Monday and she diagnosed the [ ] [ ] that I have been trying to get diagnosed with since 2019 by 8 different doctors. She listens carefully to everything you say and gives sound advice. She helped me realize that the therapist I was seeing at the Family institute was not the right fit for my [ ] and [ ] and helped me navigate how to get a new one. She is warm and friendly and is likely the best Dr I have seen at Evanston in Four years. I hope you can get her to stay.

Dr. Nugent is one of the best doctors Iâ€™ve seen in a long time. Sheâ€™s personable, a good listener and explained her thinking regarding my plan of care. I really appreciated her taking the time to talk with me and share some of her personal experiences as well. Additionally she told me the next steps in my plan of care if we ruled out the first possibility. I donâ€™t think Iâ€™ve ever had a physician do this before and realize it takes away a great deal of anxiety with a plan in place. Dr. Nugent is a fantastic asset to the NM team!

This was the first time that I have met Dr. Nugent and she was absolutely amazing. I had many concerns both personal and general and she was so empathetic , thoughtful, and really put things in a new perspective for me that had me walking out of that appointment with a whole new positive outlook on my health. I was especially impressed with the fact that she had reviewed my medical history prior to my appointment to get a better picture of what we would be discussing today. She is a gem.
