Coordinated Medical Care

Important to your personalized treatment plan will be the collaboration between the physicians providing your care at Northwestern Medicine and your personal physician from home. Once we understand your unique healthcare needs, our International Health representatives will coordinate appointments to make the most of your time at Northwestern Medicine. We are available to escort you to and from appointments and we can arrange for medical translation services as needed.
