As of Fiscal Year 2023, Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (NMHC) was the nonprofit corporate parent of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital, Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital. NMHC was also the nonprofit corporate parent of Northwestern Medical Group, Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group, Northwestern Memorial Foundation and other subsidiaries. The merger of Northwestern Medicine Palos Medical Group into Regional Medical Group was finalized on October 3, 2022.

NMHC submits the Annual Nonprofit Hospital Community Benefits Plan Report (the Report) on behalf of each of its subsidiaries. The Report is public information and has been filed with the Illinois Attorney General.
