Notice of a Third-Party Incident

Datavant is a third-party vendor that provides Northwestern Medicine with record request support service. On October 15, 2024, Datavant notified us of a security incident involving a limited number of our patients’ information. More information about the incident, including steps patients can take to protect their information, is available on Datavant’s website at https://www.datavant.com/notice-of-security-incident. Patients with questions can call the Datavant call center at (866) 676-8792, available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time.
