Day of Your Appointment

Preparing for Your Visit

You may be asked to bring the following items with you on the day of your first appointment, or to send them to our office before your appointment:

• Copies of your written medical records so that our physicians have a complete view of your medical history
• Pathology slides and report
• Copies of any MRIs or CT scans (these can be obtained from the imaging department where they were taken)
• List of current medications

During your appointment, your doctor will review these materials with you and offer recommendations for treatment. Your visit can be conducted entirely in Spanish, and your physician will work with you to make sure your diagnosis is understood and all of your questions are answered.
