Our goal is to ensure every patient has world-class care. The Perinatal and Pediatric Family Advisory Council (PPFAC) works to:

  • Help plan and evaluate hospital services.
  • Give feedback to improve quality and safety.
  • Advocate for patient- and family-centered care.

The council is made up of:

  • Parents
  • Legal guardians
  • Patients
  • Hospital staff
