Graduate Administrative Internship Program Structure

The Graduate Administrative Internship Program aligns students’ interests with projects that advance Northwestern Medicine's strategic objectives. Interns work collaboratively with senior management and staff to enhance their knowledge and skills and improve the delivery of quality healthcare.

Following an orientation, each intern works directly with a preceptor and team on a specific project. Each project has a deliverable due at the end of the internship. In addition to completing project work, the Graduate Intern cohort participates in a set of program activities, including management meetings and career development sessions.
