Dr. Birnbaum worked closely with the the Practicing Dr. Intern. I felt good about being able to be part of a teachable moment in processing patient Csre. Dr Birnbaum is kind, and listened attentively to my concerns. Her exam was thorough, and confirmed a serious eye condition. I am a coding analyst at NWM, and my whole day is spent reading and abstracting medical records , including procedure reports. My dry eye has become so severe that it is impacting my job. I truly felt in the best of hands with Dr. Birnbaum.
