5.0 star star star star starDr. Bailey was prompt in evaluating me, careful to listen to what I had to say, and happy to help fine a solution for my ailment. He didn't talk down to me like I was a child and I greatly appreciate his care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bailey was so friendly and thorough, he spent all the time needed to figure out what was wrong with me. He even called me personally to give me test results. He made it a very good experience and I will definitely use this facility more in the future because of his care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bailey and the nurse were very kind to me when I was going through this unpleasant feminine issue. They were very professional when performing the pelvic exam and I really appreciate that. Thank you for the great care! A different nurse called me on Saturday to follow up on my test results, too. That was great!!

5.0 star star star star starDespite my concern of being seen by an older male, he came off as opened, understanding, and answered all my questions with care. He also promptly ordered a mammogram for me instead of shaming me in finding a primary to do it. 10/10

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderAttentive medical doctor. Came to a diagnosis that was little more than a palliative guess. I suppose he treated it right, but I'm still not sure a week later. I'm thankful, but I would not recommend him to anyone.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bailey and ICC technician Kelly and front desk representative Barbara were so amazing with my 7 year old. They were quick yet cordial and professionals throughout the visit. iCC’s are not a place we strive to travel to, but when you are taken care of by wonderful people like that, it makes the trip bareable.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
