5.0 star star star star starFrom the moment she walked into the room you feel very comfortable. She explains everything in detail and very thorough in her explanations and asked several times during my appointment if I had any questions. She’s great!

5.0 star star star star starLaura is the reason I stay at NW. I am treated as a patient not a number. I am 200% satisfied with the care Laura gives me. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent care I get as her patient. I completely trust her with my health issues. NW is very lucky to have her.

5.0 star star star star starSee above. I’ve seen Laura in person once, and prior to our appointment today, had a tele-med session last month. Laura - at the tele session based on BP reading provided by me adjusted my meds. Lab test results indicated another adjustment was needed. Since that session, I’ve been sending BP readings in, and Laura has kept in contact with me via MyNM. Again, I feel knowledgeable about my situation and well-cared for.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
