He was very pleasant but professional; he never rushed me as we discussed all of my concerns; and he answered my questions and was thoughtful in his responses. I felt I was â€œheardâ€ and my concerns were â€œvalidâ€. I feel he is an excellent and knowledgeable physician and I am hopeful he will be my doctor for many years!
