5.0 star star star star starDr. Capezio is one of the most caring physicians I see. She does not rush me , listens to my concerns, explains things in ways that I understand and is a partner to me in my journey with a degenerative autoimmune disease.

5.0 star star star star starI felt from the minute she walked into the room I felt very important to her. She asked me questions about myself and how my health was in other areas. I wasn't planning on taking the time to mention other health things. I was planning to see other doctors so I didn't want to waste her valuable time complaining of my other issues to her. This is why she is so incredible. She wanted to understand me as a whole person. She said the things I told her fall under the same umbrella for what she is treating me for. She explained how it is related. She told me that the things I told her could all be related and under the same reason I was there to see her. She spent so much time with me just asking me questions that she was able to discover and gather information that will help in the treatment plan options she discussed with me. Another reason she is remarkable. She truly cares about / wants and has me decide the treatment plan. She explains in detail all the options with the pros and cons - which she patiently takes an enormous amount of time to explain each option and answer all my questions - truly she is an amazing person to do this. She is a very special doctor. Northwestern Medicine is very lucky to have her. Chicagoland is very lucky to have her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Capezio is thorough, asks questions, and listens to my questions and concerns. Her explanations are clear and put forth in the language of a lay person. She has helped me deal with my arthritis, and is gentle when preparing me for an injection for my bursitis. Her kindness and pleasant manner is much appreciated. She stands out as one of the best, if not the best, doctor I've had contact with in my many years of dealing with doctors.

5.0 star star star star starDr Capezio is the best rheumatologist around! She's so intelligent and has extensive knowledge. I have never in my life had a doctor ask me: "what else can I help you with today?" How amazing is that little question!? What excellence of character and kindness.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Capezio has been my physician for 30 years. She is brilliant, compassionate and a superb health care professional. I have a complicated physical condition. Dr. Capezio sorted it out, has monitored and treated it, and I have been and am still a fully functioning person at nearly 80 years old. I regret her semi-retirement status at this time, but rejoice she may at last do as much for herself as she has so unselfishly done for her patients.

4.0 star star star star star_borderAny other time I would have indicated the number 10 for Dr. Capezio because she is always very thorough and caring--answers all questions. However, it would probably be impossible for anyone new to schedule an appointment with her now because of her recent decision to work only 2 days per week.
