5.0 star star star star starShe agreed to take me on as a new patient after my old practitioner and another practice left. She was thorough and kind and allowed time for all of my questions. And even with all of that, She also was on time!

5.0 star star star star starI really like her! She really cares for what is best for you. She take her time. She is easy to understand. She knows about all the medication I take. She also wants to make sure to answer all my questions and asks me things I didn’t remember to ask about. She didn’t say I only have time for 3 health concerns as other doctors have told me. I’m a very upset she is being transferred farther away. I hope I like the other doctors on staff.

5.0 star star star star starShe is friendly, accessible and professional in the best sense of the term, taking the time to answer all of my concerns. And of most importance, she has managed my diabetes extremely well. Dr. K. remains among the best care providers I've had in all of my 79 years-- and my bar for excellence is VERY high.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
