5.0 star star star star starI’ve been associated with Lk Forest Hospital Audiology Department for well over 30 years & in the last 20? 25 ? with Dr Cheryl Hayden. She’s always got “my backâ€, giving me good info on new aide costs , any variables &/or comparisons on different brands/styles. I totally trust her suggestions & advice. When a friend tells me of their need for hearing support , the first thing I do is ALWAYS recommend the Audiology Dept at LkForest Hospital & Dr Hayden. And Dr Hayden called me herself to answer my question about possible Insurance on the new aid, reassuring me that yes, I did (do) have Ins, but the earpiece does not. She told me how much the new piece would cost & we proceeded from there.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hayden was wonderful. She explained everything before I had the test and then showed me the results of the test and where am I hearing was weaker and she was very concerned with my medications that were given to me how my hearing can be affected and wanted to set up a couple future appointments. She told me to follow up with my doctor to make sure they send orders back to them. Wonderful experience in a tough situation

5.0 star star star star starDr Hayden is like a friend- very friendly, knows her business, willing to work with you. Able to explain things in understandable terms: this won’t work because… , you need… I really don’t even want to go to anyone else!

4.0 star star star star star_borderI like Dr. Hayden.Once my hearing aid was approved, I think she rushed the process and I received it on 2/8. She's gentle, empathetic and patient in answering all my questions and showing me how to put the aid in and take it out and add the app on my iPhone. I can tell she has a lot of experience, not just in audiology, but in patient care.

5.0 star star star star starDr Hayden has been so nice everytime I need help with my hearing aid. She also is very informative. I was just there Monday. I had lost a part of my hearing aid. After checking my ears and finding the missing part in my ear she spoke to the ENT side and the Doctor was able to remove it. It was all handled so professionally and timely which I appreciated. I'm glad Dr Hayden is my audiologist!
