5.0 star star star star starJenn is very polite, courteous, and friendly, AND she knows her stuff,,,the tests of hearing she does, and then can program ,or adjust the hearing aid to match , and I have 4 setting I can use for the best hearing in those 4 Conditions. She is very likable, and I always feel that she is taking the best care of me.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hwang was so helpful in working through issues with my hearing aids despite the fact that they had been purchased at Northwestern. For the last four years I have struggled with hearing issues. Dr. Hwang was able to work through all these issues and it has made a major difference in my life and in my interactions with family and friends.

5.0 star star star star starShe seemed very knowledgeable and explained her thinking thoroughly to me. She believes that she can improve my hearing, but I now have to wait over a month and a half for that appointment to occur.

5.0 star star star star starJennifer Hwang is super friendly, so compassionate, she always makes me feel comfortable, she explains every detail in a way that I understand. Today was my 3rd visit with her, each time that I have been in her office, I have had different family members to join me. She goes above and beyond and explains details to them in a way that gives them a better understanding of my hearing loss.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
