Dr. Chan is the reason why I came to Northwestern Sleep and Pulmonary. I very much appreciate the collegiality in her manner. I feel that we're a care team instead of "I am the doctor, and you are the patient" The Herr Doktor mindset has never worked well with me.

I was seen on time by a new doctor who was familiar with my transferred records from my former sleep doctor from my previous state of residence. She suggested several helpful things about my CPAP machine that I had not been doing. The office visit concluded efficiently and quickly, but did not seem rushed. Good experience!
