Dr. Heredia took her time and asked a ton of great questions, was very thorough in her exam, suggested things to try before next steps, and even set up next steps in case suggestions did not work. She was funny, spoke clearly and on my daughter’s level, and really put her at ease with explanations. This was for an adolescent. My daughter left her appointment feeling very confident in her doctor - me too! So so glad that we have her! She should train all the doctors at the practice, because she’s just awesome.
