Kristen is very warm, kind and friendly. She has a lot of empathy. She addressed all my concerns and helped me devise a plan keeping in mind my likes and dislikes. Kristen is so wonderful at what she does! I love my appointments with her and really appreciate her approach and feedback. She gets me thinking about my actions and future steps. I’m not sure I’d be as successful with my healthy food journey as I am if it wasn’t for her guidance.
