5.0 star star star star starDoctor Christine was very professional. She came in with a smile on her face. She went over all of my reports and some things that happened in the emergency room that drew me to her. My only regret is that she cannot be my physician for a lifetime. She recommended some good things for me. She gave me a task that I had to complete, and she gave me the resources that I needed so that I could feel better and get better, and she explained my medication to me. She explained the reason why, and she explained the reason if I did not. So I think that she is an excellent professional doctor, and I would recommend her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Schaeffer listened to me thoroughly, asked questions, informed me about the course if my treatment, along with my follow-up visit. Also, her bedside manner was excellent! I felt heard, respected and left the office with great confidence that I was being properly cared for. I would LOVE to have her as my primary. I pray that she also teaches because she is the epitome of Northwestern Memorial's excellence!

5.0 star star star star starShe patiently walked me through on what to do to manage my complains/ feelings of pains in my body. She should me exercises to do, what food is good improve my health. She’s kind and understanding.
