He listened to my concerns and asked great follow up questions. He provided me with several solutions and educated me on things I wasn’t aware of regarding my issue. He reached back into our previous interactions through appointment gathering information to help better understand what I was dealing with and how underlying health conditions may affect certain things. He cared. Simply put. That’s what I felt. I walked away from my appointment feeling empowered about my care and healing. That’s all one can ask from a provider. Keep up the great work.

He's good about a couple things I appreciate the talks we have some time I believe could be shorten, however when I experience certain attacks, or waiting on a return call from him within the time to get a call back from here I end up calling again to remind them I have been waiting. I have a delicate situation with these many diseases. I understand he is a busy doctor, but those nurses can call to address what's taking place. Yes, I appreciate Dr Hines.

This was my first time seeing Dr Hines. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened to my questions and concerns regarding my health and gave options for treatment. He also printed out some exercises for me to start to possibly help with my headaches. He does talk very fast and seemed in a hurry. I know he was busy, they all are. All and all I had a positive experience and more than anything else I was able to get in 3 hours after I called.

Dr. Hines is an extremely caring doctor. This was my first visit with him. The reason for my visit was removal of a skin tag. Dr. Hines was very methodical and followed each step with preicision. He also explained each step and gave me two options to choose from to remove the skin tag. He personally came and explained to me the after care which is usually handed to me after each visit as a print out by the attending nurse. Dr. Hines valued my time and was very cordial to me and my son. I wish him all the best and hope he stays with this practice for a long time.
