Symptoms of Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorders
The most common symptoms of a circadian rhythm sleep disorder are sleep problems. Examples include jet lag, especially when traveling across time zones, and a shift work sleep disorder, which affects people who work at night and sleep during the day. These disorders occur because a person's natural sleep-wake cycles are interrupted.
Other symptoms of this sleep disorder include:
