Dr. Shah I just met today She took Dr. [ ] place Very nice very thorough. She seemed a little nervous as I was also but she’s very sweet made me feel real comfortable. It’ll be great working with her. Dr. Khan made a great choice and transferring me to her. I hope she likes it at Cancer Center.

She was prepared prior to our consultation and most of all she was comprehensive in regard to looking at my overall health, current medications and recent health issues that lead me to meeting with her. Dr. Shah first apologized profusely for being so late as the time for the appointment before us had been scheduled for a shorter time than was necessary. I thought that was very kind. But Dr. Shah more importantly listened and took all of my concerns seriously and answered each one of them in as much detail as was needed. She was very reassuring, very knowledgeable, and when I left I felt confident that I was doing all that was necessary to keep my blood counts within normal range. (Also, many years ago I had cancer, and if I had cancer again, I would want her to treat me.)
