5.0 star star star star starDr. Ahmad listened carefully and was thorough in his review of my medical records. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns, and he offered a good treatment plan as we begin to address my cardiac issues.

5.0 star star star star starFirst of all he explained the results of the echo testing. He remembered issues from my visit of last year. He checked on the findings from the vascular surgeon he had referred me to. He checked the ct scan from 2019 to see what were the conclusions. He then actually looked at the scan to see the basis of the radiology conclusions. Pretty good visit I’d say.

5.0 star star star star starI am 82 years old. I sometimes feel doctors don’t seem to be as concerned about oldsters as they might be. Maybe an erroneous observation. Maybe I am over sensitive. Whatever the case have a good day.

5.0 star star star star starI have enjoyed each of the times I’ve met with Dr Ahmad. He is extremely intelligent and quick to assess my needs and concerns. I learn a lot each time we talk and I feel I’m in great hands.

4.0 star star star star star_borderExplained somewhat well about this new diagnosis. I've had a cardiologist before him at another facility and I was telling this doctor some other issues I knew about my heart that he didn't comment about but I broke it down to him in how it was previously explained to me by the other cardiologist.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
