Again, never rushes you.He identified a new problem today.And I was there for an extra hour and i'm sure he was busy but he was there for everything I needed.

Brought me a protein drink realizing I had nothing all day and that I was diabetic. Just went above and beyond surpassing all expectations. He is a truly compassionate doctor.

In addition, Dr. Randy Christopher Bowen has an uncommon ability to communicate his diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and concisely in terms that are understandable by the patient population. Dr Bowen's and nurse Mariana Hoerr's apparently seamless coordination contributes to the patient's confidence in the professional staff and care delivery process. It is apparent that Dr Bowen is supported with substantial resources that contribute to and permit treatment and care at state of the art level.

He spent time on a Friday night consulting with a previous specialist about my case and called me on a Saturday to introduce himself. Full confidence in his ability and recommendation.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bowen practices the way medicine was delivered in the past and is still being done at his clinic. When he is delayed getting to talk with me, I know it is because someone has presented with an emergency. If that was my emergence, I would want him to attend to it. When he does get to talk with me, I feel that I am getting 100% of his attention and concern. His staff make me feel welcomed and when Dr. Bowen is present with them, it feels as though I am being cared for by a team of caring experts who like each other and who enjoy their work.
