5.0 star star star star starHe finally listened to my pain. I’m so happy. It’s so bad and I think he’s finally found out how to help me. Wish I got the help back when I came in when I was working. . Topical don’t work but helps . Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starDr. York is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He listens to me and answers my questions. He is a wonderful physician and I have known him since 2013 when I shattered my leg and ankle. He performed surgery and treated me during that time and my experience was 100% perfect. His quality of caring and care he provides are the same today, and I know that I can count on him as I continue to age. In fact he told me so. A very special human being and physician.

5.0 star star star star starHe took the time to explain things that my previous doctor didn't and truly seems to care about helping me out. He explained my options clearly to me and why he was steering me in the direction that he was for treatment. I really appreciated that about Dr. York!

5.0 star star star star starAs I explained in my previous response, Dr. York is very knowledgeable, approachable, and thorough, in addition to being upbeat and positive! He gives patients his full attention and provides excellent support through understandable explanations of X-rays, procedures and steps for a successful outcome. His surgical skills are exemplary and the overall experience that he and his staff provide is something I will share with others!

5.0 star star star star starMy daughter does not enjoy going to the doctor, not to mention a surgeon. She told me he’s the nicest doctor she’s ever met. She said he was very smart and she felt he truly cared about her issues I agree. He’s a fabulous doctor with an amazing bedside manner.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
