5.0 star star star star starDr. Serna is one of the most patient, compassionate, and thorough doctors I’ve ever met. In the past 15 years I’ve never had the opportunity to have a consistent family doctor (due to lots of moving). Recently there were some heath concerns and I was surprised how patient Dr. Serna listened to my medical history and answered my questions, some of which were unusual but she didn’t judge me. I did not feel rushed at all and felt she really cares for her patients. Her nurse assistant Patrice and the rest of the staff I interacted with are also very kind and professional. I had a wonderful experience and I’m very grateful.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Serna listens actively and connects with her patients. Her assistant is fantastic, and I am mad I am not remembering her name, but she is so welcoming, open and you can tell she wants to make the patient feel comfortable and stress free.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Serna and Nurse Patrice are absolutely the best. As their first patient I came in with heart and blood pressure issues. Dr. Serna was very thorough with the tests and was able to get control of the pressure. I immediately felt at ease and in capable hands. I am very thankful for them both.

5.0 star star star star starShe's a friendly, warm dr. who listens well, too. Very young, though, so obviously not as experienced (as compared w/my ex wonderful m.d. ([full name], anyway...) But she actually went over something in my record I'd neglected to do that's really important, that even Dr. [last name] didn't remind me of!

5.0 star star star star starDr Serna was approachable, listened to my issues, did research on my incoming appt the night before (?!!! amazing!) and helped me decide between several options for course of treatment. I'm so glad to have her as my new GP.
