Addictions Treatment Services with Ben Gordon Center
Addictions Treatment Services with Ben Gordon Center
Addiction can take a toll on the individual as well as on relationships, family life, work/ academic performance, and physical and mental health. According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, 21.5 million Americans age 12 and older qualified for a substance use disorder diagnosis in 2014.
The Addictions Treatment Services program delivers compassionate, individualized care to address the cycle of addiction and help individuals regain control of their lives. We offer a continuum of dually-integrated treatment services to meet the unique needs of adolescents (age 12+) and adults struggling with addiction.
Co-occurring mental health disorders and other issues that may be directly linked to the addiction are also a focus of care.
Our multidisciplinary team consists of highly trained professionals, including therapists, counselors, case managers, nurses, and psychiatrists.
Upon initiating services, a thorough evaluation and individualized treatment plan are completed. A client’s treatment plan may include case management, family education, individual therapy, and/or group counseling.
Treatment recommendations are made based on criteria outlined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). When needed, clients can also receive linkage/referrals to other providers.
