Program Overview
The vision of the Northwestern Medicine Scholars Program is to offer enriching experiences that enable outstanding high school students at our partner schools to explore and be better prepared for potential careers in medicine as future physicians and biomedical scientists.
This exciting partnership, focusing on excellence in the advancement of medicine, features experiences such as the following: Learning and mentorship opportunities from Northwestern physician and researchers, Paid summer intensive experience that also includes course credit, College access and entrance support, and test preparation.
Eligibility Requirements
- Freshmen at our partner sites, George Westinghouse College Prep, Daniel Hale Williams Medical Prep and Bronzeville Scholastic Institute.
