Virtual Smoking Cessation Course: "Courage to Quit"

This virtual smoking cessation class includes three sessions. There is no cost to attend.

You will:

  • Get information and support
  • Develop skills to resist cravings
  • Create a plan that can help you stop smoking

Smoking Cessation Clinic at Northwestern Medicine Canning Thoracic Institute

The clinic provides support and treatment for people who want to stop using tobacco. They offer:

  • Personalized quit plans
  • Counseling
  • Medication management

You can attend visits virtually or in-person. Your physician or advanced practice provider can refer you to the clinic. Clinic staff will call you to schedule an appointment. For more information, call 312.695.1800.


Illinois Tobacco Quitline

The Illinois Tobacco Quitline is a no-cost resource to help you stop smoking, vaping or using other tobacco products. A professional coach will help you create a plan that works for you. They will connect you with resources and help you get medications that can help you quit.
