New Patients

If you are a new patient, schedule online. You can make primary care, specialty care and physical therapy appointments online.

If you need to schedule an appointment for a specialty that is not listed, call our Physician Referral team at 844.344.6663 (TTY: 711).

Current Patients

If you already have a care team or a therapist at Northwestern Medicine, schedule in your MyNM account.

If you are unable to schedule online, you can call to schedule. Visit nm.org/doctors to find a physician and their phone number.

Immediate Care

Get care for a minor illness or injury at your nearest Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care Center.

You can get a medical evaluation from a physician or advanced practice provider at an Immediate Care Center in several ways:

• Let us know you are on your way.
• Reserve a time for an appointment .
• See which Immediate Care Centers have walk-in availability.
• Schedule a virtual visit.
