Immediate Care

Get care for a minor illness or injury at your nearest Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care Center.

You can get a medical evaluation from a physician or advanced practice provider at an Immediate Care Center in several ways:

• Let us know you are on your way.
• Reserve a time for an appointment .
• See which Immediate Care Centers have walk-in availability.
• Schedule a virtual visit.

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Scheduling

Northwestern Medicine offers outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and children at more than 45 locations throughout the Chicago area. To schedule an outpatient therapy appointment, please call 630.933.1500. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.

Inpatient rehabilitation is available in Wheaton and Woodstock. For admission information, please call 630.909.8920 (Wheaton) or 815.206.3400 (Woodstock).
