Services

Our integrated approach to vascular surgery and interventional radiology allows for the diagnosis, consultation and treatment of both medical and cosmetic concerns with surgical and non-surgical options during the same office visit.

Co-Located medical and cosmetic care

The program specializes in circulatory issues such as leg pain, aneurysms and blood clots. Peripheral arterial disease (PAD), fibroids, back pain and venous disease are also conditions commonly treated by this department.

In addition to medical care, the integrated Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology team also treats cosmetic concerns like spider veins, varicose veins and vein changes due to pregnancy. If a cosmetic procedure reveals a greater health concern, the appropriate professionals are available in the same office to diagnose, consult and treat.

The Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology department also works closely with the Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group Wound Care specialist, providing consultations and care for non-healing wounds with underlying vascular concerns.
