Our primary care physicians offer diagnosis and treatment for everything from the common cold to chronic illnesses, in addition to routine screenings, annual check-ups, and other preventive medicine services to keep you and your family healthy. Both primary and specialty care is provided by physicians who are part of Northwestern Medical Group and who serve on the medical staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
