Application

The program is accepting applications for August 2024 (Class of 2025) from October 1, 2023, until February 29, 2024.

Your application is not complete until we have received all of the required documents. We must receive these by the application deadline.

The following documents must be emailed to the program manager at desiree.robledo@nm.org:

• A completed program application form
• A letter of recommendation: your reference must be a supervisor, advisor or educator. They must send the letter directly to the program manager by the application deadline.
• Official e-transcripts from all colleges and universities attended: the institutions must send these directly to the program manager.
• A personal statement: This statement must be 500 words or less. It should include your educational and career aspirations, challenges you faced in achieving a goal, or any personal attributes you believe will help you succeed in the program.
• A full translation of your transcript(s) into U.S. equivalency if you completed courses or earned a degree at an institution outside of the U.S.

*The program will not accept any remedial coursework for course credit.

You may submit an application before you complete the required prerequisites. If you are taking spring semester courses, the program must have a midterm grade by March 5. You must complete all prerequisite requirements by June 1.

You must be prepared to demonstrate evidence that you can meet all admissions criteria before you are offered admission. Until you complete application requirements, the program considers your acceptance conditional.
