Lindsay was not the first person who helped me. She took over during the second or third year of my care, and she came very quickly up to speed. I am very grateful that she is so knowledgeable, and that she remembers the details from visit to visit. I gather the Widex devices aren't used as commonly as some, but it didn't seem at all problematic for her. She also helped me virtually overnight when my iPhone was lost, requiring quick replacement and some adjustment with regard to the installed program.

see above comments. supberb diagnostician. figured out on most recent appt that my cochlear implant was not working. my cochlear implant has 3 parts: processor, cord, and battery. it is a complex set up. She was able to provide a CI processor until my next appt. she is very attentive and patient.
