5.0 star star star star starGreat visit- she asks targeted questions and gives you the time to answer them with details. Excellent care plan with notes to progress and have even tighter control of my migraines (even though current improvement is noted)- which is superb.

5.0 star star star star starShe is an amazing doctor. She takes her time to ask questions and to answer any questions that I may have. She listens to me, treats me with respect and kindness. She has gone out of her way to to see me on a day she was not scheduled to be in the office. She was that concerned about me getting my medication. Never had I ever had a doctor seem to care and take time for me like this. She is absolutely number one in her field. Very knowledgeable about ways to help my migraine symptoms as well. This new medication work's unbelievably great. I thank her from my heart. She is top notch. Please treat her well. You do not want to lose her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Shrivastava is kind and helpful. She/her staff helped me get my medication when I had issues at the pharmacy in the past. I can be really sensitive to some medications, so she provided me a PT referral to help manage symptoms without risking bad side effects.
