5.0 star star star star starDr Stein and staff took time to get to know me. He had reviewed my case over the past five years prior to my appointment which I appreciated. I had asked to be seen earlier than what was originally scheduled and he got me in the next day.

5.0 star star star star starI have experienced approximately 16 scope procedures since my diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer. Dr. Stein elevated my exam by also evaluating my voice and vocal cords with an extremely thorough examination and evaluation. Dr. Stein had read my history. He listened then explained well that which he observed, as well as his approach to a system of advanced caretaking.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Stein is wonderful! He explained what his diagnosis meant, offered treatments and wanted me to understand and feel comfortable with what could be done. I had a second appointment for a procedure and he explained what actions he would be taken, and what I would be feeling, with each step. He talked through the procedure, calming me and helping me feel less anxious, letting me know everything was well with me. He spent a good amount of time with me after the procedure, letting me know what to expect during the next few days. He answered all my questions. He told me to call the office with any concerns I might have, and said what the future would have for my recovery. He is very thorough, and I felt I was in best of care.
