5.0 star star star star starI was greatly impressed by Dr. Casey Smith's kind and expert treatment. He was very patient and helpful! He and his staff took me in today [ ] even though I was late, totally my fault. Sorry! WOW! His quick and excellent service truly was a blessing to me! And it was right on my birthday. Not having my appointment today would have pushed my meeting Dr. Smith until August [ ], 2024. I had already waited two long months because of the changes to my insurance policy and PCP - all because of me. The hospitality was enviable, truly clean and brand new! I'm still in shock, but perfect to my birthday. The best!

He is a good listener to what I have to say. He addresses my concerns about my visit to my satisfaction. He makes me feel that we're a team of my health care. He's very thorough in his examination of me. I leave his office confident that he really took care of my health concerns.

5.0 star star star star starThis was only my first visit with Dr Smith, but from our interactions he was very friendly. I also liked how he listened to my concerns, but didn't jump to any specific judgements. He very clearly gave me his recommendation for how to proceed with certain aspects of my health, but also gave me options if I had a preference to pursue a different avenue for improving it.

He was patient and I felt very comfortable with him. He also provided a thorough review in my chart of the blood work I had done - I was really impressed.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Smith listened carefully (and there was a LOT to listen to) and addressed all of my concerns, including setting up a plan for following up. He solicited my input on every step of the care plan and made me feel comfortable asking questions, and he'd looked at my records in detail beforehand, including test results and imagery, so that we could talk about what had changed over time. He was extremely helpful and I feel confident in my primary care now.
