5.0 star star star star starDr. Chiang and staff are very responsive and thorough. Dr Chiang is very professional and still caring. Very competent. Staff of nurses offer excellent follow-up and response quickly. We’re very satisfied with the care our mother receives from Dr.Chiang and staff.

5.0 star star star star starHe is a Dr who loves what he does, he allows us to participate and ask all the questions we need or want to ask. He is receptive to listening to the concerns we have concerning lack of health improvement and applauds any steps forward that my husband makes. When he is with us, we are his only concern at that time.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Chiang, the whole nurse team including the office staff truly care about the wellbeing of each patient, including myself. They're easy to talk to about not-so-easy-to-discuss health issues and make it all feel perfectly ok.

5.0 star star star star starThere were no unanswered questions on our part. Both the Dr and nurse were truthful about his( my husband’s condition) but spoke honestly about the efforts he could employ to continue recovering. They gave him an honest assessment countered with ways to move forward. Doing all they did in the comfort of our home was refreshing.

5.0 star star star star starHe’s very thorough and knowledgeable and have been in the group for 30 years. He makes sure to give you time for questions and concerns and has access to xrays and labs and reports from other medical staff. Good bedside manner where it’s been lacking everywhere especially with Duly formerly DMG group.

5.0 star star star star starHe will take the time to diagnose and explain his actions about patient’s care in-house. He is compassionate in his manner for the care in his patients and it shows in his presence during the visit. He even calls back personally when a question is directed to his practice which shows his dedication to keep the patient informed & front and center to him.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
