This is my first annual checkup with Dr. Horvath. Dr. Horvath is an excellent doctor, very professional and thorough. She answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. She followed up with me very quickly after I received my blood results. She is such a wonderful Doctor I will continue seeing her.

I've had at least 4 different internists (they all left) in my 22 years as a Chicago resident and Northwestern patient. Each one, however, has seemed even better than the last. Dr. Horvath is definitely someone who made me feel heard and valued at the very first appointment.

After vitals were taken, Dr. Horvath came in and she spent time with learning about me, taking time to advise me on vaccinations I should take over others I didn’t want to take. Dr. Horvath suggested options for my pain and sent me for other services in the hospital and I was taken care of without a long wait.

I have lived, worked and travelled internationally for the last 10+ years - experiencing Medical and Service Professionals Globally. Yael is by far the best Dr I have personally met and worked with, taking so much time, care and professionalism to understand me and my health needs. Yael is a true credit to Northwestern, where my experiences have not always been so great. Yael has single handedly restored my faith in Northwestern and US Medical Care. This was my first time seeing Dr. Horvath. I needed a new PCP and asked for the next open slot not caring who was available. By luck, I am ecstatic that it was Dr. Horvath. She is knowledgeable and seems to care about my health (my previous Dr. was dismissive and did not try to get to know me). She was friendly and asked questions that made me think about my health and the realization of the unfair treatment I blatantly received from my prior doctor. I am happy to have found her!
