Dr. Kapp is so knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and thoroughly answer questions. I never feel rushed in appointments. In addition, he takes the time to personally make phone calls to me rather than having a nurse call to relay information.

I only met her one time but anyway she was very nice and professional and help me a lot with the problems that I have on my behalf I need to reschedule my appointment I couldn't make it Friday cuz my sister had a stroke and three heart attacks so I had to be there for her daughter and my family thank you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

He is very patient-centered, communicates clearly, offers opportunities for questions, is collaborative on setting surgical dates with patients, and found time in his surgical schedule to include me, because he, like myself, was eager to help me get analysis of suspicious activity in my lymph node.
