She assists me in setting realistic goals for myself. Sarah is my advocate, cheer leader, guidance counsellor, and the list goes on. I truly look forward to my appointments with her.

5.0 star star star star starGreat listener, realistic, doesn't scare me by telling me all the health concerns I could have, etc. For example, I have had people saying they're "educating" me while I'm crying because I'm terrified by what they are saying. Sarah is always so supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, positive, motivational, kind, warm, professional, and she has a great laugh. I am completely comfortable throughout my entire visit!

Every one with diabetes and/or weight issues need Sarah on their team. She supports me, educates me, advocates for me......I look forward to every appointment with her.

5.0 star star star star starSarah is helpful and positive. She doesn't scare me about the dangers of weight or type 2 diabetes. She meets me where I'm at which includes understanding that I'm already terrified and I don't need a lecture. Sarah is incredibly supportive in EVERY way. I can go into her office feeling discouraged and crying, and I always come out with a smile and full of hope.

5.0 star star star star starShe's realistic, non-judgmental, compassionate, and has a GREAT laugh. Sarah really knows nutrition, but her approach is less scary than a more clinical dietician. I leave her office full of hope; not full of fear.

5.0 star star star star starGuidance, support and encouragement. Learning about self care,, sharing her wisdom , has been helpful. She educates, provides alternative, and I look forward to our meetings, because even if the weight seems impossible to,lose, or even goes up, that is when I need the support the most. Each time you feel defeated, and have no positive outcomes, the service that Sarah provides by listening and sharing options, and that to me is priceless. I am grateful for Sarah, and her patience with me, as I go through this battle to,lose weight.
