5.0 star star star star starDr McGee was extremely pleasant. She listened & seemed to care about the few issues I expressed to her during my visit today. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I left the visit satisfied. I see myself keeping her as my primary provider.

5.0 star star star star starI felt as if I was being listened to which is very nice! I understand doctors are very busy and may not have time to go into details of concerns. However, Dr. McGee took the time to provide me with great explanations making me feel heard. I’m very glad she is accepting to be my PCP!

5.0 star star star star starI have already shared with my family and working colleagues how thankful I am to have found a Primary Care Physician, Dr McGee, who took the time to talk with me about my health concerns, addressed each one, educating me what I can do at home to support my own treatment plan, as well as the steps she was taking to support me that only a physician with knowledge and expertise would know. Her supporting care steps have already helped me feel better, and if they haven’t yet, I have complete confidence in my plan she has set up for me, as well as she has assured me we will revisit the plan over the next months, and told me she is there for me if I have any concerns. Again, she was so knowledgeable about everything I had questions about, and is very thorough and easy to comprehend as she was explaining and answering my questions. I am happy I am her patient and under her care and direction.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
