5.0 star star star star starHis team is superior. I needed post surgery questions answered. It can be a challenge to get thru NW Medicine’s phone system’s blocks and screens, but Dr Witkowski’s staff responds quickly and effectively to questions and concerns. My follow up appointment on 2/21/was great. I now have had personal contact with five members of his team. I’m very appreciative and hope he gets to read this.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Witkowski was very personable and knowledgeable and did an excellent job repairing my ankle — which had a complicated injury. The anesthesiologist provided a nerve block which made the first 24 hours after surgery pain-free, allowing for ample rest and recovery.

5.0 star star star star starHe took the time to show us the E rays and explain [name]'s situation. [acronym] sent us to [name or place] when [name] fell. We had to follow up with doctor from there after 4 weeks. It felt like a waste of time. Dr Witkowski completely different in a wonderful way

5.0 star star star star starI like how thorough he is and how Dr. Witkowski explain everything. I appreciated Dr. Witkowski taking additional x-rays to ensure the foot was stable. Dr. Witkowski also has a good bedside manner.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
