5.0 star star star star starShe treats me as a whole individual. She sees me, hears me, and responds to me, not just as patient number 12. I feel like she’s family. And her nurse Jesse is icing on the cake. I’m 66, soon to be 67 and it’s very hard as you start to feel invisible. Not with them. They make you feel seen. Loved my visit today and it was just an annual exam.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Salazar is a practitioner that takes her time in her examination. Dr. Salazar takes a genuine interest not only my physical condition but also into ones mental health. She is a thorough in her examinations of you. She is also very empathetic!! This is a skill that unfortunately many providers lack and can not be taught.. You either have it or you don't. Dr. Salazar definitely does !! I started seeing Dr. Salazar about 18 months ago when my past family doctor left her practice to go to academia. She had been my doctor for I er ten years. I loved my past doctor and thought I would never find a similar practitioner. Well I did with Dr. Salazar!! Not only is she an awesome Doctor so is her staff ... From the young lady who took my vitals to the other young lady who drew my blood. I would highly recommend Dr. Salazar to family and friends. Give her a Raise !! 😀😎🤓🤑😜🤪😜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜œðŸ˜›ðŸ˜„

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
