The appointment was not at all what I expected-cat scan and immediate results. She explained the process that was an on-going procedure that lasted for six months with several steps at various intervals: cancer marker and cat-scan, scheduled on a time-line. She was kind and clear as she explained the process.

Ms. Bredesen was wonderful, professional, upbeat, and obviously an expert in her field. She had patience and made time for all of my questions of which I always have so many and didn't make me feel bad for being so needy in that area.
