She’s knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell on products. She’s reassuring about things not to worry about, seems thoughtful in raising issues and responding to concerns and questions. Very matter-of-fact. As a woman, I feel more comfortable being seen by a doctor and staff who are women, too.
