5.0 star star star star starDr. Carroll was very accomodating wirh scheduling, knowledgeable, asked questions, provided good physical exam, reviewed details with me again for clarification and to help me understand what is going on with the symptoms I am having. She answered all my questions in a way that I would understand by pinpointing the areas in my arms that may be causing me problems.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderThe doctor is nice and professional. Unfortunately, she did not have any info to help me. I am aware that every question does not have an answer, but I felt that she was never that interested. Having no answer is completely understandable, that was not the problem, but being made to feel that my symptoms were somehow not that significant was very disappointing.

5.0 star star star star starIn addition to being an outstanding clinician, Dr. Carroll is also a great listener. Also, today’s appointment was for Botox injection. My previous appointment for this shot was mistakenly made for the wrong clinic. So, Dr. Carroll squeezed me into her busy schedule so that I would be on time for this injection. I really appreciated this.

5.0 star star star star starShe made me feel like I was a real person. Sometimes it doesn't happen that way and I feel like I am rushed through...like a bunch of cattle. Sorry. Today professional's, I think, in my opinion that they just think about the money and don't really care about the patient. I am one in million. I want to be treated like a real human. I felt that with Dr. Carroll. She looked me in the eyes. That helped me believe in her. Thank goodness, and that her.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
