Dr. Patel was so kind and attentive. He patiently listened to my concerns, I didnâ€™t feel rushed at all. He gave great advice on diet and excercise and took time to explain things to me. He was very thorough with labs and tests ordered and I feel like I have a good plan for getting on top of my health and wellness!

Professionalism, knowledge, listening, putting me at ease, respectful, non-judgmental, empathetic, caring, determined to discover thru tests etc. the basis for my health issues. My past experiences with AMA physicians made me reluctant to make appointments to see doctors in the past. I have only known 2 doctors in my lifetime that I would recommend to anyone as most in the past presented as All-knowing physicians who weren't to be questioned as I have never been to med school. Dr Patel is beyond a 10 in my opinion. He's beyond the numbers. If he leaves Northwestern, I will follow. In my book, he's a God sent person and I am very grateful and thankful to be under his care.
