Dr D’Souza listened thoroughly to my description of health issues, took detailed notes, recommended both immediate and near future steps, plus gave me a specialist referral right away and an order for a test to investigate my health symptoms/problem further. Her nurse also responded quickly to a simple question I had via MyChart.
